How the coverup key works

Moving stuck and seized access covers is hazardous, time consuming and expensive. The CoverUp Key moves 95% of stuck manhole/inspection covers. How does the CoverUp Key work? It’s simple. A unique and patented slide-hammer action applies an upward impact force on covers from below. When combined with the correct tip (there are more than 15 available) operatives are able to strike stuck covers from below, forcing them upwards. Thanks to its design, the impact is absorbed by the cover itself meaning the key is not only highly effective but also safe. It enables users to maintain a natural upright posture during use, minimising the risk of back injuries.
